A digital learning expert with over two decades of experience, Frederick is skilled at crafting engaging multimedia learning content for adult learners. He has produced interactive SCORM-compliant eLearning courseware and videos that enable blended learning and self-directed learning for local and regional employees across various companies.
Frederick is a qualified learning and development practitioner and learning technologist. He holds the ACLP certification from the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) and a professional diploma in training and development. His extensive portfolio spans employment with multinational corporations (MNCs) and local organizations, including renowned institutions like Singapore Management University, United Overseas Bank, GovTech, Microsoft, Singtel, and MINDEF. This diverse experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by L&D teams, allowing him to provide effective solutions.
In addition, Frederick is a member of the Singapore Association of Motion Picture Professionals. He conducts engaging videography and photography workshops tailored for both leisure enthusiasts and professionals seeking to enhance their skills in these visual arts.
