Fact-Finding Meeting
The goal of the meeting is understand your business, why you do what you do, how you create values and benefits for your customers, your value propositions, what differentiates you, etc. We also want to know more about your customer profiles, concerns, and their buying behaviour. We wil provide you a list of questions to prepare for the interview shoot. We will also explain the production process to you.

Filming Day
We will conduct an interview with you on camera based on the questions we sent you earlier. No script will be used for the interview to ensure its authenticity. It's how you connect with your customers. We will also film some cut-away shots (aka B-Rolls) at your premises. We will advise you what to prepare prior to the shoot.

Post-Production
The interview and B-Roll footages will be edited into a 2-minute video. You will have 2 rounds of review before the video is published.
